Get InvolvedEvery AI system reflects the people who built it. When women are absent from the data, the design teams, and the boardrooms — the system is broken before it ships. We're rebuilding it.
Independent audits of public and enterprise AI systems. Open data, open methodology, no NDAs.
Production-ready prototypes from our Innovation Labs — open source, equity-by-design, deployed in the real world.
Scholarships, bootcamps, and mentorship for the women who will write the systems we all rely on.
Audits don't fix anything. People do. Our four-step model turns research into production systems and policy.
We run open audits on AI products across healthcare, hiring, finance, and public services.
Researchers, builders, and impacted communities meet in our Innovation Labs to define what fair looks like.
Hackathons and labs ship working prototypes — open source, with documented methodology.
We publish, partner, and push for governance changes that make fairness the default, not the exception.
